On April 12, at around 1 pm, a sudden fire broke out in a house in Dubhiya Banjara village of Akarabad. Due to the fire, the gas cylinder kept inside the house burst, due to which the fire engulfed four more houses in the neighborhood. Due to this, the goods of all five houses were burnt. Fire brigade personnel arrived on information and brought the fire under control.
Suddenly a fire broke out in the hut-like house of Bhura, son of Liladhar Banjara, resident of village Dubhiya, at around 1 pm on April 12. Due to thatched roofs everywhere, the flames spread throughout the house. Due to this, household items including cash worth thousands of rupees were burnt. The gas cylinder kept at the house also caught fire and exploded with a bang. The high flames that spread from this engulfed the hut-like houses of Bhura’s brother Raju along with neighbors Pappu, Captain’s son Chaub Singh and Naurang’s son Mathura Prasad.
Hearing the high flames and noise coming from five houses burning simultaneously, the people of the village rushed there and started trying to extinguish the fire using their respective resources. Meanwhile, information was also given in the police control room on which the police along with the fire brigade reached the spot. Fire fighters Devendra Kumar, Mohit, Rajveer Singh and Ajay Kumar worked hard to control the fire. He said that the household items kept in all the five houses were completely burnt.
